Terms and Conditions of Sale
This is a Legal Document Between You, (“Buyer”) and Sativa’s Garden LLC (“Seller”)
Please read this agreement Carefully. By accessing and using the www.sativasgardenrva.com website you have indicated that you have read and understand this agreement. Also, that you agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, then do not use the www.sativasgardenrva.com website.
Please note that the Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically updated, changed, and modified. So please be sure to recheck them.
By accessing and using the site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the present Terms and Conditions. You also agree to so accept future updates and modifications of the Terms and Conditions.
By accessing and using the site you also agree that you are of Legal age to purchase products that contain CBD oil in them in your State. By accessing and using the site, or ordering such products, this releases Sativa’s Garden LLC and its employees of any Liability from Buyer.
1) Payment Term:
Payment is due at time of purchase. Whether online, over the phone or in person.
The only exception to this is for a Wholesale Purchaser bound in a separate agreement/invoice. (See below)
You may pay via cash, credit/debit card, cashapp or paypal.

Payment Goes to Sativa’s Garden LLC
For a Wholesale Purchaser:
An invoice will be sent to you via email. You can review this and respond back via email that you agree to terms/invoice.
Invoice is expected to be paid prior to sale of goods and within timeframe noted on Invoice.
If a CASH ON DELIVERY is discussed this will need to be in email format and agreed to by seller.
If Buyer is delinquent in paying any amount owed to Seller by more than 10 days , then without limiting any other rights and remedies available to Seller under the Law , in equity , or under the contract, Seller may (i) suspend productions, shipment and/ or deliveries of an or all products purchased by Buyer, or (ii)by notice to the buyer treat such delinquency as a repudiation by Buyer of the portion of the contract not then fully performed, whereupon Seller may cancel all further deliveries and any amounts unpaid hereunder shall immediately become due and payable. If Seller retains a collection agency and/or attorney to collect overdue amounts, all collection costs, including attorney’s fees, shall be payable by Buyer.
Buyer hereby represents to Seller that buyer is now in agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Our products are made by hand. They can differ in texture and color at times. We use local ingredients such as Beeswax as much as possible. This can cause a varied product color.
Texture can differ due to elements such as heat, prolonged shipping times and other factors.
Please know that our products are made in small batches, this means we don’t keep large amounts in stock.
3) Shipping/ Delivery: We give you an estimated time of delivery, and this can vary at times due to getting local ingredients, ingredients on backorder, soap taking 4-6 weeks to cure, shipping delays and so on. Our shipping rate is set currently at a certain fee. We do provide a discount currently for large orders. Please remember that even if the weight may not be very much it takes time to package, handle and arrange for your timely delivery. This goes into the “shipping and handling cost”.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.”
Returns or dissatisfaction of order: Please see our” Shipping and Returns” page on the website.
“Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic of COVID-19 we are not accepting products back for returns.
However, if you are disappointed in an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly via email or phone to assure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This will be done on a case-by-case basis. Possibly a credit or replacement depending on the situation.
