Shipping
Currently we are shipping in the U.S. Only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and safety, we do not accept products back for returns.
However, if you are disappointed in an item, please reach out to us soon as possible to sativasgardenrva@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond via email or phone in 48 hours to assure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This will be done on a case-by-case basis. Possibly a credit or replacement depending on the situation. We want your feedback and value our customers. If something isn't satisfactory, we would like to know!
