I reach for this when I need to take a breath and feel a sense of calming. I use it at my temples, behind my ears, on my wrists, and dab some under my nose because it smells wonderful.

I got this as a gift from my sister, and it does work! I'm prone to getting tension headaches that start in my shoulders and neck and I now use this when that starts. I put it on my chest too because I like to smell the lavander and it helps to calm me. Love it!
