Hello all you Lovely Humans!

Here's a little back story on where I started things, and how they are going! I started Sativa's Garden in March of 2020.

I struggled throughout the years with skin issues including eczema and rashes and needed a healthy solution. Working as a nurse my hands are valuable (just like all of us, lol ) but the skin had worn thin and was really deteriorating. I came up with  recipes that are designed for sensitive skin, that help tremendously with Quality Organic Full Spectrum Hemp Oil as the plant magic!  

My products are handcrafted with natural ingredients only and made intentionally in small batches.

Since 202o this Baby of Mine has grown and taken a new shape as I have transformed in many ways. I have grown to love and honor myself fully with self care and Grace as the Cornerstone. 

Through Yoga,  Meditation and Learning how to Breathe deeply and fully for the first time in my life! I am thrilled to say I will  be offering additional services with Sativa's Garden! I started yoga for my self care solely, but now that it has changed my life, it would be a sin to not share my love of it and its benefits with others.

Now I will now be offering 1:1 Yoga & Meditation  Donation Based Classes virtually! 

I will still be making my lovely wellness products, educating on CBD & plant medicine!

Now I am unveiling incorporating them together for a Person Centered Approach in Self Care.
